To ensure everyone's enjoyment, we kindly request that you treat our suite with the same care and respect as you would your own home. We've poured our heart and soul into making this place a delightful haven for our guests.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We understand that time can be as elusive as that sock that mysteriously vanishes in the dryer, but please do your best to arrive within this window. If you anticipate some intergalactic delays, just give us a heads-up, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Check-out time is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. We know mornings can be a bit rough, especially if you hit the snooze button one too many times. However, we kindly ask that you resist the temptation to linger too long in dreamland, as our cleaning crew will be eagerly waiting to transform the suite back into its pristine state for the next guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our suite. We apologize if you were hoping to show off your smokin' talents, but we strive to keep our air fresh and healthy. If you have an irresistible urge to smoke, we kindly ask you to take a stroll outside and find a designated smoking area. Your lungs will thank you, and so will we!
Now, we understand that life is full of reasons to celebrate, whether it's your cat's half-birthday or your best friend's goldfish winning a swimming competition. However, we kindly request that parties and birthday celebrations be pre-approved by the management. We promise we won't turn into party poopers, but we'd like to ensure that the noise level and festivities are in harmony with the tranquil ambiance of our suite.
We ask that you extend your kindness and respect to other guests sharing this wonderful space with you. Treat them as you would a unicorn—gently, with awe and wonder. Let's create an atmosphere of camaraderie and friendship, making everyone's stay truly magical.
The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Feel free to take a dip, splash around, and engage in epic water battles. Just remember to keep the noise level at a respectable level and avoid trying to train dolphins or summon mermaids. We recommend leaving those endeavors to the professionals.
In the unfortunate event of accidental damage, don't fret! We understand that life is full of mishaps, and we won't hold it against you. Our team will investigate the issue internally, using a top-secret formula involving rubber ducks and magnifying glasses. Based on our findings, we'll determine if any deductions or repair costs are necessary. Rest assured, we'll handle it with as much grace as a penguin waddling on ice.

Payment and Deposit
Upon making a reservation, the guest is required to pay a deposit amounting to 30% of the total booking cost. The remaining 70% of the booking cost must be paid 30 days prior to the guest's arrival. Failure to complete the payment of the remaining 70% within the stipulated time will result in automatic cancellation of the booking. Please note that the initial 30% deposit is non-refundable in the event of such cancellation.
In addition to the booking cost, the guest is required to provide a credit card imprint before arrival. An amount of $1000 will be held on the guest's credit card as a security deposit during their stay, which will be initiated at the moment of check-in. Failure to provide a valid credit card for the security deposit will result in cancellation of the booking.
Please note that these terms are non-negotiable and by making a reservation, the guest agrees to these payment and deposit conditions.
Deposit Release
The $1000 security deposit held on the guest's credit card during their stay will be released after the guest's departure, following a thorough inspection of the apartment. If no damages are found, the deposit will be released in full. However, in the event that damages are found, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the deposit before the remainder is released. The guest will be notified and provided with an itemized list of any deductions made.
Please note that by making a reservation, the guest agrees to this deposit release policy.
Cancellation
Guests are granted a grace period of 24 hours from the time of reservation creation during which they may cancel their booking without penalty. Any deposit paid during this period will be fully refunded.
If a guest cancels their reservation more than 21 days prior to their scheduled arrival, they will be entitled to a full refund of the total price of their stay.
However, if a guest cancels their reservation within 21 days of their scheduled arrival, they will not be eligible for a refund. The total amount of the stay will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Please note that by making a reservation, the guest agrees to this cancellation policy.
No-Show
In the event that a guest does not show up for their reservation (a 'no-show'), the total amount of the stay will not be refunded. This is equivalent to the cancellation fee as outlined in our Cancellation policy.

Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;

limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
